30th Street South or Thirtieth Street South is a north-south street in Birmingham's Southside neighborhood, running from 3rd Avenue South, through the Lakeview district, across Clairmont Avenue to Highland Avenue at Rushton Park.

After a block of union with Highland Avenue, 30th Street splits off again for a two-block stretch which ends at Pawnee Avenue.
