Bush Hills is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Five Points West community and includes the subdivision of Owenton, home of Birmingham-Southern College.

The neighborhood is traversed by Graymont Avenue/Pike Road and Bush Boulevard. It is separated from the Thomas and Ensley neighborhoods by I-20/59 on the north and abuts the College Hills and Graymont neighborhoods across Arkadelphia Road to the east; Rising-West Princeton and Fairview across 3rd Avenue West and 20th Place West to the south; and Ensley Highlands across Avenue Y to the west.
