Charlie L. Williams, Jr (born c. 1966) is president of the Druid Hills neighborhood association.

Williams is a graduate of Phillips High School. He attended Alabama A&M University for three years and served for six years in the U. S. Air Force Reserves. He has been elected Constable for Alabama House District 54 in 2000, 2004 and 2008.

In the 2006 primary elections Williams ran unsuccessfully as a candidate to succeed George Perdue as the representative of House District 54 in the Alabama House of Representatives. He endorsed victor Patricia Todd over Gaynell Hendricks in the runoff.

In the 2009 Birmingham City Council election Williams challenged appointee Johnathan Austin to represent District 5. He campaigned on the issues of education, poverty, neighborhood revitalization, economic development, job opportunities and transportation.
