Emanuel B. Ford (born c. 1959) is a hospitality manager at the Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park and representative for District 5 on the Birmingham Board of Education. He has also been president of the East Thomas neighborhood, the Smithfield community and Birmingham's Citizen Advisory Board.

Ford attended Parker High School for two years before completing high school in Hampton, Virginia. He is currently a culinary arts student at Jefferson State Community College.
