Founders Station is a redevelopment of the 1881 Caldwell Printing building, the 1887 Caldwell-Milner building, and the 1888 McAdory Building at 2013-2017 1st Avenue North for condominiums and retail tenants. The 44,500 square-foot project was announced by Orchestra Partners in late 2016

The redevelopment was designed by Appleseed Workshop. Plans for the ground-floor retail include a covered interior passage and an outdoor pedestrian plaza on the east side of the property connecting 1st Avenue to Morris Avenue with space for several tenants selected to "stimulate nightlife" in the area. The second floor was originally anticipated to house "office condos". Due to demand, those spaces were instead developed as residential condominiums, as well.
