James T. "Jabo" Waggoner, Jr (born January 8, 1937 in Birmingham) is the Majority Leader of the Alabama State Senate.

Waggoner is the son of former Birmingham City Commissioner J. T. Waggoner and an Ensley elementary school teacher.
