Miss Myra's Pit Bar-B-Q is a barbecue restaurant at 3278 Cahaba Heights Road in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills. The restaurant, which is noted for its ribs, smoked chicken with white sauce, chess pie and banana pudding, was founded by Myra Grissom Rountree and her then-husband Clark Rountree in a former convenience store in 1984.

Harper's daughter, Rennae and son-in-law Buck Wheat have joined as co-owners of the business, with Rennae handling preparation of the banana pudding until her death in 2019.

Chef and food critic Andrew Zimmern featured Miss Myra's in a 2013 episode of his Travel Channel series "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations," and again in 2018 on "The Zimmern List".
