30 Dexter Avenue is a two-story mixed-use building on the northwest corner of Dexter Avenue and Vine Street in Mountain Brook's Crestline Village. The development includes three townhouse-style residences facing Vine Street, and 2,300 square feet of office space facing Dexter Avenue.
The project was developed and built by Francis Bryant Construction to plans by Nequette Architecture & Design. It was completed in 2018. OG Capital acquired the commercial portion of the property for its offices in 2021 for $950,000.
