HData is a technology startup which develops software tools to automate business reporting and regulatory compliance in the energy and utility sector. It was founded in 2018 in Joliet, Illinois by Hudson Hollister and Yuval Lubowich. It is currently located in the Denham Building at 1143 1st Avenue South in Birmingham's Parkside District.

HData is a 2021 graduate of the Techstars Alabama EnergyTech Accelerator. Through that process the firm worked with Alabama Power Company to develop "HData Insights". That same year the company closed on a $3 million funding round led by Hyde Park Venture Partners and Firebrand VC with significant investment from Alabama Power. In December Hollister announced that the company would relocate its headquarters to Birmingham.
