Miss Fancy: Elephant Queen of the Zoo is a musical stage play which premiered at Birmingham Children's Theatre on March 25, 2023.

The play, based on the relationship of Miss Fancy the elephant, the former star attraction at the Avondale Park zoo, and her trainer, John Todd. The script was commissioned in 2019] from Chicago playwright G. Riley Mills by Children's Theatre artistic director Brandon Bruce. Songs performed in the production date from 1905 to 1926, including "All By Myself" by Irving Berlin and "I'm Just Wild About Harry" by Eubie Blake.

The play was workshopped for three years, partly delayed by the COVID pandemic. Its 2023 public premiere was directed by Ashley Woods and Aija Penix. Woods designed the scenery and Lydell McDonald designed the lighting and Brittany Bodley the costumes. The original cast included Theo Edwards-Butler, Marc Raby, Rebecca Yeager, Caleb Clark, Taj Johnson, and Jala Sherese.

In 2024 Miss Fancy: Elephant Queen of the Zoo was published by Dramatic Publishing of Woodstock, Illinois.
