REPOWR

REPOWR develops and operates the "Universal Trailer Network" online marketplace for business-to-business leasing of trucks, tractors and trailers.

It was founded in 2021 by Patrick Visintainer and Spencer Ware. Its offices are located in Birmingham's Innovation Depot.

In 2022 REPOWR raised $4.2 million in seed funding from Koch Disruptive Technologies and the Perot Jain Alliance. The company closed on another $8 million funding round in 2023, led by UP.Partners. That same year, REPOWR entered into a partnership with global shipping company Crowley of Jacksonville, Florida.
