The Park at Hoover (formerly Landmark at Magnolia Glen) is a 1,080-unit apartment complex located on 101 acres on Centennial Drive off of Lorna Road in Hoover. The complex was built in two stages. Phase I, with 920 units, opened in 1988. Phase II, adding 120 units in a part of the property in unincorporated Jefferson County, opened in 1996.

The Park at Hoover is the largest apartment complex in the Birmingham area. It features 4 swimming pools, a fitness center, 4 tennis courts, a sports court, a dog park, a playground and a clubhouse.

Goff Capital Partners of Centennial, Colorado purchased the property from Landmark Residential Management in 2015 for $71 million. The new owners planned around $6 million in interior and exterior renovations and landscaping.

A large fire broke out in one of the buildings on November 25, 2015. A 23-year-old male was shot to death during a suspected drug transaction outside the 2300 building in October 2018. Just over a year later, a 55-year-old male was killed in a dispute with an acquaintance in the 200 building.

Westside Capital Group of Miami, Florida purchased the complex in 2021 for $100.75 million. WS Living took over management of the apartments.
