The Wood Wade building was a former lumber mill and automobile warehouse at 1301 1st Avenue South.

The brick building, constructed in 1932, sat on the corner of 1st Avenue South and 14th Street South, near Railroad Park, Regions Field and Good People Brewing Company.

In 2013 the building was leased by Beer Engineers for a planned brewery and tap room. A public art project, entitled "Before I Die, I want to...," was erected on the east wall of the building.

The 72-space Parkside Parking Lot was constructed behind the building in 2018.
