Urban Supply in Parkside is a proposed redevelopment of several former warehouses and an alleyway on two city blocks surrounding Good People Brewing Company. The project was proposed by Orchestra Partners in August 2020 in fulfillment of part of the "Parkside Master Plan", which the developer had announced in November 2019.

The project is set to include 100,000 square feet of commercial space for retail, restaurant and office uses, with a focus on fitness and healthy lifestyle tenants. A cornerstone of the project is the extension of pedestrian-friendly exterior spaces to tie the buildings together and link them to the Jones Valley Trail past Railroad Park.

1st Alley South between 12th and 14th Street South was redeveloped as "The Aisle", forming a pedestrian spine for the project. Work on that section began in September 2021.
