Acme Gallery is an art gallery located in the Acme Building at 1305 2nd Avenue North. It was opened in April 2011 by John Lytle Wilson and Wes Frazer.

The gallery's grand opening exhibit opened April 22, 2011, just days before the April 2011 tornado outbreak. The gallery's second exhibit, called "Rebuild Alabama", opened on May 25 with an auction of donated art from local and national artists, including Charles Buchanan, William Christenberry, Spider Martin, Amy Pleasant, and Roland Scherman. Other artists in the show included Frazer and Wilson, Merrillee Challis, Jon Coffelt, Brad Daly, Dori DeCamillis, Karen Graffeo, Janice Kluge, Jill Marlar, Pat Snow, Michael Swann, Paul Cordes Wilm, and Veronique Vanblaere. Sales from opening night and the auction raised over $20,000 for tornado relief, to be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
