Arlington Properties is a real-estate developer, builder, and management company with offices in the Zinszer Building at 2117 2nd Avenue North in Birmingham . It is the developer of the Hallman Hill mixed-use project in Homewood. The company was founded in 1968 and its current president is Kent Graeve.
