Brice Building Company is a construction firm founded in 1931 by Houston Brice, Sr. Although the company has taken on all types of projects, it specializes in healthcare construction. The CEO is Felix Drennen III and the president is Ben Nevins.

Brice opened a division in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1952.

In the early 1990s the Brice family sold the company to Drennen and Nevins.

In 1997 Brice acquired Shreve Land Construction of Shreveport, Louisiana.

In 2009 the company relocated its offices from the Crescent Building off Highland Avenue to the former Industrial Supplies Inc. warehouse in Oxmoor Valley (which it had built in 1994). The company's warehouse facility in Bessemer was also moved to the new headquarters.

In 2010 Brice was acquired by the Anderson Companies of Gulfport, Mississippi, its partner on several previous joint ventures.
