Crape Myrtle's Cafe is a small café located behind and connected to Little Professor Book Center at 2721 18th Street South in Homewood. It is owned by Jim Muir and Chop Nguyen (pronounced "Win").

Crape Myrtle's opened in the mid-1990s, after Little Professor moved to its current location. The café currently only serves lunch. The menu consists of soups, sandwiches, burgers, fish, vegetables, salads, pasta, and desserts.

In December 2006, Crape Myrtle's closed for remodeling, reopening in January 2007. This included the addition of an outdoor dining area seating about 20 diners. This area has been landscaped with numerous, hypoallergenic plants, including maple trees, crape myrtles, and flowering shrubs.
