Dawson Bros. Cycle Co. was a bicycle shop founded in 1918 by Rob G. and Roy. A. Dawson at various locations on the 2200 block of 2nd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham between 1920 and 1935, and later in Homewood.

In 1920 Dawson Bros was located at 2226 2nd Avenue North, and advertised "Rollfast" bicycles built by the D. P. Harris Manufacturing Co. of New York City. In 1924 it was located across the street at 2229 2nd Avenue North and also hosted D. & M. Sporting Goods. In 1930 it was around the corner at 205 23rd Street North; and by 1935 it was back next door to its earlier location, at 2228 2nd Avenue North.

In addition to selling and repairing bicycles, Dawson Brothers restrung, spliced and repaired tennis rackets in the 1930s.

By 1959 they were selling and servicing bicycles and lawnmowers from a new store at 2846 18th Street South Homewood, which was open until at least 1986.
