Grandview Physicians Plaza II is a 200,000 square-foot, 7-story medical office building on a 5-acre site adjoining the Grandview Physicians Plaza at Grandview Medical Center to the north. The two buildings will be connected by an elevated open-air pedestrian bridge.
It is being developed by Daniel Corp. at a cost of $50 million for lease to the Medical Center. Brasfield & Gorrie is the contractor. It is planned to open in 2022.
