Iron City Lofts is a 4-story apartment building under construction at 28th Street and 4th Avenue South near Pepper Place in Lakeview. The project was announced as having 103 units on 6 floors in April 2014 by KRE Development Holdings. The scope was later reduced to 67 units. It is expected to open in early 2016.

Hendon & Huckestein Architects designed the building, and Doster Construction was the general contractor.
