Iron City Lofts

Iron City Lofts is a 6-story apartment building under construction at 28th Street and 4th Avenue South near Pepper Place in Lakeview. The project was announced as having 103 units in April 2014 by KRE Development Holdings. The scope was later reduced to 67 units. It is expected to open before the end of 2015.

Hendon & Huckestein Architects designed the building, and Doster Construction was the general contractor. The property features a courtyard pool with barbecue grills, outdoor dining tables, a lounge and fitness center. It also provides secured bicycle storage, electric car chargers and wireless internet service.
