The Garrison Barrett Group is an architecture firm which was created by Lauren Barrett and Aubrey Garrison in 1987 following the merger of two noted architecture firms, The Garrison Group and Barrett Hearn and Kunz. The firm employes 18 people and has completed several notable projects in the Birmingham area and around the country. The firm is located at 2901 2nd Avenue South, in the Martin Biscuit Building.

The firm specializes in large commercial, institutional, religious, residential and mixed use projects.

In 2009 Barrett and his son Brian left the partnership to form Barrett Architecture Studio, focusing on smaller residential, commercial and religious projects. Garrison along with shareholders Craig Krawczyk and Jeff Quinn kept the firm's name, employees and offices.
