Lemak Health (formerly Lemak Sports Medicine & Orthopedics) is a medical practice founded by orthopedic surgeon Larry Lemak with his sons David and Matthew (the group's CEO). It has five locations in Alabama.

The practice was formed in the mid 2000s when the elder Lemak split from his long partnership with fellow surgeon James Andrews. Lemak Sports Medicine launched the Sports Medicine and Athletic Related Trauma Institute to provide training and other services to amateur athletics programs for injury prevention throughout the region.
