He later toured with Amy Ray (of the Indigo Girls) as part of her solo tour. Lester Nuby (born April 18, 1974 in Birmingham) is a rock guitarist and drummer.

He later rejoined as the drummer. Verbena recorded three albums, two of which were on Capitol Records, but disbanded in 2003. He later toured with Amy Ray (of the Indigo Girls) as part of her solo tour. He has also played in Taylor Hollingsworth's backup bands.
Nuby is currently the guitarist for Vulture Whale. His sister, Leslie Nuby, is a visual artist and musician.
