This article is about the neighborhood park in North East Lake. For the downtown park, see Linn Park; and for the community in Western Jefferson County, see Lynn Park community.

Lynn Park is a 7.3-acre public park at 416 82nd Street North in Birmingham's North East Lake neighborhood. It sits directly opposite 4th Avenue North from the much larger East Lake Park. The park houses a children's playground, picnic pavilion and twelve tennis courts, which are used by the East Lake Racquet Club.

Tennis courts have been a feature in the park since before 1959. Before 1973 Lynn Park was separated from East Lake Park by a half block of private lots. Combining the two by acquiring the land in between as part of a larger "Village Creek Park" was a recommendation of the Olmsted Brother's 1925 report A Park System for Birmingham. In September 1973 the Birmingham Board of Parks & Recreation began studying the possibility of buying those lots.
