Ona's Music Room is a night club, featuring live music, located at 423 20th Street South in Birmingham since 1997.

The club is owned and operated by singer Ona Watson, who is a former member of the Commodores. It regularly features jazz groups, such as Eric Essix, the Sonny Harris Trio featuring Karen Gruber, Ray Reach and Friends and the Night Flight Big Band.

In 2001 USA Today named Ona's one of its "10 Great Places for a Jazzy Night Out".
