Slade Blackwell (born June 14, 1968) is a partner in Inkana Development and organizer of JeffCoCan, a lobbying group that opposes bankruptcy as an option for Jefferson County's debt crisis.

Blackwell graduated from Montevallo High School in 1987 and attended the University of Montevallo on a basketball scholarship, graduating with a bachelor of science in commercial design in 1991. He worked for Colonial Properties Trust as an acquisitions and development manager before founding Inkana in 1996.

In the 2010 Republican primary Blackwell challenged incumbent Steve French for the Alabama Senate District 15 seat. His campaign advertisements made controversial accusations about French's voting record.

Blackwell and his wife, the former Sally Salter, have three children. They attend Covenant Presbyterian Church.
