Emerald Parc Apartments (formerly Spring Lake Apartments) is a 240-unit apartment complex located on Earline Circle between Parkway East and Springville Road in the Spring Lake neighborhood in Birmingham's Huffman community.

The apartments were constructed in 1973 and extensively remodeled in 2006 and 2007. Most units have two bedrooms with 1 or 1.5 baths and rent for $535-560/month. The complex is currently listed for sale for $8.8 million.

Eight units were heavily damaged and others received moderate damage during a two-alarm fire on June 3, 2009. A fatal shooting occurred at the complex on January 3, 2012.
