Tracey Morant Adams (born c. 1966 in Sylacuaga) was Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development for the City of Birmingham from 2008 to 2013.
Morant Adams graduated from Winterboro High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Montevallo in 1988. After a year of economics studies at Temple University she returned to Alabama and completed her master's in business administration at Samford University in 1990. More recently she has been pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
