A. C. Carter (born 1995 in Birmingham), performing as Klypi and formerly as Lavender and Lambda Celsius (Λ°C.) is an artist, designer and musician.

Carter began performing as Lambda Celsius in 2015, describing their music as "anti-pop, pop-punk and neo-synth wave," and incorporating an Amazon Echo Dot into performances. That persona continued to be associated with their fashion brand.

Carter began studying sculpture at the Lamar Dodd School of Art at the University of Georgia in Athens in 2017. They founded the Ad•Verse Music Festival in 2019. In 2020, writing as Vixcine Martine, they published an article, ostensibly as published in Artforum, analyzing their use of various identities as an artistic practice.

After leaving Athens, Carter moved to Nashville, Tennessee and performed as Klypi, sporting elf ears and tending toward a dance-pop sound and Dada-esque vision. They completed a residency at Stove Works in Chattanooga, collaborating with other artists on music videos. After releasing "Consensual Hits" in 2021, Carter moved to Los Angeles, California, where they split time between music and graphic design.
