• Birmingham School of Law redevelopment of the J. F. Oates Building
• Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport terminal renovations
• Hill University Center at UAB
• Lane Parke (redevelopment of Mountain Brook Shopping Center and Park Lane Apartments for retail, office and residential use).
• Red Mountain Park
• University Flats 60-unit apartment complex in Glen Iris
• U.S. Treasury building, $46 million, 86,000 square-foot federal office building
• Parkside District (around Railroad Park and Regions Field)
  • Venue at the Ballpark, new $33 million, 245-unit multifamily development with views into Regions Field. Land purchased from city in January 2013 and design approved in February 2014.
  • LIV Parkside, new $30 million, 225-unit apartment building with parking and retail facing Railroad Park on the 1700 block of 1st Avenue South.
  • L&N Parkside, new $30 million, 129-unit apartment building with 12,000 SF retail and 200-space parking deck at 4th Avenue South and 16th Street
  • The Stockyard @ Railroad Park, apartments
• Rotary Trail, greenway redevelopment of the 1st Avenue South railroad cut.
• Veterans Administration Clinic, 60,000 square-foot medical clinic with 2,000-space parking deck

• Homewood Suites Five Points South, 7-story, $15 million hotel at former Five Points Music Hall site

• Redevelopment of Highland Diagnostic site for 200+ apartments by Harbert Realty

• 2800 at 280 , five-story office building at former Mountain Brook Inn site.
• 2826 Building (7 stories)
• Horizon Tower
• Parkside Apartments, 107 apartments in Glen Iris
• The Parisian, redevelopment of the Citizens Federal building for residential and retail
• Piedmont
• Public/private multi-story parking deck at 19th Street and 1st Avenue South.
• 36 apartments and 9,200 square feet of retail (including Starbucks Coffee) at former Adamson Ford lot on the southwest corner of 20th Street and 3rd Avenue South by RGS Properties and Scott M. Bryant & Co.
• Iron City Lofts, 6-story, 103-unit apartment building at 28th Street and 4th Avenue South by KRE Development Holdings.

• Restoration Edgewood (300 condominiums + retail/office/parking)
• Thomas Jefferson Hotel redevelopment as apartments
• Westwood Green, 280-unit mixed income housing (Hope VI) at the site of Loveman Village
• Domed stadium
• Redevelopment of Firestone building for apartments and retail/office space by RGS Properties and Scott M. Bryant & Co.
• Redevelopment of Brookwood Village by Cypress Equities.
