The U.S. Treasury building in Birmingham is a $19 million, 3-story, 85,000 square foot office building housing local offices of the United States Department of the Treasury. The building, designed by KPS Group, is to be constructed at 1410 8th Avenue North near the Birmingham Social Security Administration Center. The offices 250 employees will relocated from Homewood after the building opens.
