Ashley Mac's Cafe is a restaurant, bakery, and catering company with three storefront restaurants.

After running a catering business out of her own home, Ashley McMakin and her husband Andy opened the first Ashley Mac's at 759 Shades Mountain Plaza in Bluff Park on June 16, 2007. The McMakins opened a second location in Cahaba Heights at 3131 Bellwood Drive. In 2013 a third location was opened at 5299 Valleydale Road in Inverness.

A fourth location, in the former La Paree space at 2013 5th Avenue North, was announced in 2017, but ws not opened.

At the beginning of 2018 a fourth location was opened in Homewood's SoHo Square at 1831 28th Avenue South, Suite N-101.

In 2020 a fifth location opened in the Pizitz Food Hall.
