Brett Joseph Talley (born August 28, 1981 in Walker County) is an Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice and horror author.
Talley, the son of Michael and Sue Talley of Jasper, earned his bachelor of arts in philosophy and history at the University of Alabama and a juris doctorate at Harvard Law School. He was an articles editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
