Moses Kelly Jr (born 1810 in South Carolina; died 1866 in Jefferson County) was a former Jefferson County Sheriff, Judge of Probate, Alabama State Legislator and State Senator.
Kelly was the son of pioneer settler Moses Kelly Sr and his wife Margaret. He moved with the family to Jefferson County after the Creek War.
In 1836 Kelly was one of a number of volunteers who rode with Captain James McAdory to hasten the departure of Creeks and Seminoles and to suppress their reported violence in opposition to forced removal.
