Underground Vegan is a vegan food truck operated by Khalilah Sowell. She began the business as a pop-up in late 2019, and began serving from a food truck in September 2020.
In Spring 2021 Sowell launched a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the former Cosmo's Pizza location at 2012 Magnolia Avenue in Pickwick Plaza at Five Points South. She closed the restaurant in November 2022 to focus on expanding the food truck business.
