- There's a lot more to say about this (including about the mayoral election). The City Council scrapbook from 1962-64 is chock full of information about the vote to adopt a council form of government, various controversies, profiles of candidates as they qualified, etc etc. --Dystopos 15:58, 29 April 2010 (PDT)
