The 2021 UAB Blazers played the 29th season of football for UAB, their 23rd in Division I-A, and their 20th as a member of Conference USA. The team was coached by Bill Clark, in his 6th season as head coach, not including two years that the program was on hiatus. This was the Blazers' first season playing at Protective Stadium at the BJCC rather than at Legion Field.
