Carson Road is a long road connecting Fultondale and Center Point north of Birmingham.

The road forks off of New Castle Road just north of the crossing over Black Creek in Fultondale, with addresses running down from 1699 to 0 at Pinson Valley Parkway. The addresses restart at 2699 there.

Carson Road continues toward Center Point, paralleling Tarrant Spring Branch as it bends southward. Marling Springs Road forks away and Carson bends back eastward, becoming 13th Avenue Northwest as it approaches Huffman Road.
