Deanna "Dee" Reed (born June 26, 1989) is an event manager for Bruno Event Team, a program coordinator for the Rickey Smiley Foundation, and an activist. She ran for Birmingham City Council District 2 in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.

Reed is one of ten children of Old Pentecost Temple founding pastor Michael Reed and his wife, Barbara. She grew up in Birmingham and attended Banks Middle School and Ramsay High School, graduating in 2007. She went on to major in mass communication at Miles College, earning her bachelor's degree in 2011.

Reed served an internship at the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and later worked as marketing and promotions director for Summit Media stations WBHJ-FM and WALJ-FM. She coordinated the stations' efforts to replace playground equipment at Center Point Elementary School lost in the January 2012 tornado outbreak, and their response to the 2013 gas explosion at Marks Village homes in Gate City.

As a candidate for City Council, Reed hoped to promote public safety and business development in District 2. She lost the seat to Hunter Williams. In 2019 Reed was one of the activists who founded the Birmingham Committee for Truth and Reconciliation to host an event for Angela Davis at Boutwell Auditorium.
