A year later, the company added architectural services. Jeffrey Brewer succeeded Bill Wallace as CEO of Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood in 2018.
Currently Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood has more than 350 employees in twelve offices in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. The firm's Birmingham office is located in the renovated Bonds Brothers Building at 2400 5th Avenue South, having relocated from 2701 1st Avenue South.
