Grandview Plaza is a 200,000 square-foot Class A office building located in the Cahaba Center at Grandview on U. S. Highway 280.

The building, built in 1997 as the headquarters for HealthSouth, originally featured a private elevator for executives, a trophy room for then-CEO Richard Scrushy's awards and souvenirs, and a company store. The architect for the project was Birmingham's CLJ Associates, Inc, though Scrushy himself was actively involved in the design.

The 5-building campus was sold in March 2008 to Daniel Corporation. HealthSouth entered into a long-term contract to remain the major tenant in the building. Daniel moved their corporate headquarters into the building, and also signed the Education Corporation of America to a lease in the building.

HealthSouth, which rebranded as Encompass Health, moved to a new headquarters building at Liberty Park in 2018.
