The Village at Brock's Gap is a 64,321 square-foot shopping center on a 9.6-acre site near Brock's Gap and Stadium Parkway in Hoover's Trace Crossings subdivision.

It was developed as a joint venture between Altera Development of Dallas, Texas and Birmingham's EDS America. The center's architectural design was commissioned from Paul Chapel and Associates of Dallas and A. G. Gaston Design. It was built by JohnsonKreis Construction and opened in 2018.

In 2023 the shopping center was acquired for $24.2 million by an affiliate of Tricon Development of Rockledge, Florida. Harbert Realty Services manages the center.
