West End is the community of Birmingham located in the city's southwest corner. It includes the Arlington-West End, Germania Park, Oakwood Place, Rising-West Princeton and West End Manor neighborhoods.
The community's approximate boundaries are Center Street, 3rd Avenue West, 31st Street Southwest, 6th Avenue Southwest, and Jefferson Avenue.
Notable Landmarks include Princeton Baptist Medical Center, West End High School, Chris McNair Health Center, Arlington Antebellum Home, Rickwood Field, and Elmwood Cemetery.
