Left Hand Soap Co. is a maker of artisan soap products. It was founded in 1999 by Soapy Jones and Erik Hanson in Tuscaloosa.

The business grew from Jones' hobby, taught to her by her grandmother. She made soap to give to friends and family for Christmas and, due to demand, built the hobby into a business. Left Hand Soap Co. opened its first brick and mortar shop in Tuscaloosa's Parkview Plaza shopping center in 2008. The shop relocated to 2214-A University Boulevard in downtown Tuscaloosa in 2018.

In 2021 Left Hand Soap Co. moved to the former Dr Pepper Bottling Plant (Sensabaugh Building) in Birmingham's Pepper Place. In addition to stocking a range of skin-care goods they also hosted soapmaking classes and other events. That shop closed in December 2023.
