The trampoline gymnastics competition at the 2022 World Games took place on July 15, July 16, and July 17 at Legacy Arena. Trampoline gymnastics has been an event since the inaugural 1981 World Games in Santa Clara, California, and the Birmingham edition marked the eleventh time trampoline gymnastics was included as a regular event at the World Games.

Trampoline gymnastics is an Olympic sport in which athletes perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. In competition, these can include simple jumps in the straight, pike, tuck, or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward and/or backward somersaults and twists. Scoring is based on the difficulty and on the total seconds spent in the air. Points are deducted for bad form and horizontal displacement from the center of the bed.
