The rhythmic gymnastics competition at the 2022 World Games took place on July 12 and July 13 at Legacy Arena. Rhythmic gymnastics has been an event since the 2001 World Games in Akita, Japan, and the Birmingham edition marked the sixth time rhythmic gymnastics was included as a regular event at the World Games.
