The 1994 City Stages was the 6th annual edition of "Birmingham's World-Class Music Festival", held June 17-19, 1994. 195 acts played 11 stages. The daily ticket was $10, or $14 for a weekend pass. The estimated attendance was 250,000.

Betse Henle chaired the Chubb Classical Music Oasis stage.
