Shane Boteler, known as Shane B., is a tattoo, graffiti, mural, and scenery artist in Birmingham. Boteler is one of the artists at the Non Stop Art tattoo parlor on 20th Street North and has created several murals around the City Center.

Boteler is credited as a scenery artist for the 2020 feature film The Devil All the Time, which was partially filmed in Birmingham.

Boteler's 2020 mural of George Floyd on plywood put up to protect broken windows at Wheelhouse Salon after the May 31 riots was defaced on June 9 with a black X over Floyd's face. Boteler was able to refurbish the mural and Wheelhouse owner Johnny Grimes did not press charges against the perpetrators.
